M: 22,5Kg – 1,5m distance
F: 15Kg – 1m distance

Scaled: Alt. Db Clean and Press.

Score: the athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete all 225 repetitions. There is a 15-minute time cap. If the athlete does not finish all 225 reps before the time cap, the score will be the number of reps completed.

Tiebreak: ties will be broken by the time of completion of your last full set of Snatches. At the end of each set of Snatches, time should be marked and recorded for score submission. In the case where two athletes have the same score, the athlete with the lower tiebreak time will be ranked higher. All tiebreak times must be reported in elapsed time, not in time remaining.

Variations: athletes unable to perform the Rx movements can choose the Scaled version and will be ranked on the leaderboard below those who performed the workout as Rx. Athletes can finish the qualification phase with any combination of Rx and Scaled workouts.

Teams: each team member will perform the workouts individually (M1, M2, F1, F2) and the Team Leader will be responsible for submitting all the scores.

Video proof is mandatory. Declare your full name, age division or Team name and which version of the workout you will perform (Rx or Scaled); then film the equipment so the loads and the distances can be seen clearly. A timer with the running workout time must be always clearly visible in the frame. We recommend to use our official timer: WODProof App. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards. Videos must be uncut and unedited. Videos not meeting the above standards will be rejected and the score invalidated.

Movement Standards

Alternating Db Snatch (Rx)

The athlete will have to lift the dumbbell from the ground to above the head with a single movement without touching any part of the body, apart from the hand that supports it. In the final position the load must be in control on the midline of the body, with knees, hips and arm extended. The hand that does not work cannot come into contact with the body or the dumbbell. The athlete must alternate the arm after each valid repetition. The athlete can change hand only when the entire dumbbell is on the ground.

Burpee broad-jump (Rx and Scaled)

The athlete must perform a burpee followed by a two-feet jump to the distance marked on the floor with two strips of tape as shown in the demo video (1,5m distance for men, 1m for women). In the bottom position the thighs and chest must clearly touch the ground. During the jump, the feet must necessarily come off the ground at the same time. Landing must take place with both feet entirely beyond the finish line. The repetition is not valid if the athlete touches the start line or the finish with any part of the body.

Alternating Db Clean and Press (Scaled)

The athlete can perform a Muscle Clean, a Power Clean, a Squat Clean or a Split Clean until the dumbbell touches the shoulder, before going overhead. Once on the shoulder, the athlete will have to bring the load over the head as he wishes: Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk. In the top position, the arm, hips and knees must be fully extended and locked out, with the load clearly above the center of the body’s midline and the feet aligned. The hand that does not work cannot come into contact with the body or the dumbbell. The athlete must alternate the arm after each valid repetition. The athlete can change hand only when the entire dumbbell is on the ground.
