Scaled: Single Under

* Athletes unable to perform the Rx movement can choose the Scaled version and will be ranked on the leaderboard below those who performed that workout as Rx. The competition can be finished with any combination of Rx and Scaled workouts.

Movement Standards

Double Under

Each jump of the athlete must correspond to two passages of the rope under the athlete’s body. The rope must turn forward.

Single Under

Each jump of the athlete must correspond to a passage of the rope under the athlete’s body. The rope must turn forward.

MedBall Shouldering

The athlete will have to lift the MedBall from the ground until he carries it over one of the two shoulders, in control, with knees and hips extended. If the athlete wants to drop the MedBall, he must do it in front of and not behind his body. It is allowed to stop in the middle position on the thighs to change grip.
