Never before so many athletes of all ages and ability levels have been awarded on the podium or named champions as in this edition
Thanks to the new competition format introduced this year, which includes the possibility of filtering the leaderboard not only by ability division but also by age group, all athletes had the opportunity to compete both globally in the “overall” ranking of their division, and directly with their peers in the “age group” rankings from 18 to over 60 years.
As always, no cuts and no eliminations until the end of the competition, so all athletes remained on the field to compete live from the first to the last day. The workouts of this edition were challenging but with skills and loads appropriate to the different ability levels, which allowed everyone to get involved and fight until the last rep!
At the end of the competition, the athletes ranked in the first three positions of the overall leaderboard of each ability division, both individual and team, were awarded on the podium, who received the medal and prizes. Additionally, the top finishers in each age group within all ability divisions were named “Age Group Champions” of the 2025 Italian Showdown.
