Here is useful information about access to the expo center, athletes check-in, the warm-up area and the workout schedule with the heat times
The 2026 Italian Showdown will take place in Pavilion A5 of RiminiWellness, at the Rimini Expo Center. The quickest way to reach our pavilion is from the West entrance. If you’re arriving at the fair by car, you can leave your car in West Parking Lots 3, 4, or 5 and enter directly from the West entrance: Pavilion A5 is the third one on the right.

If you’re coming to the fair by public transport, the bus stop is near the South entrance. From here, enter the South Hall and walk along corridor “A” on the left: Pavilion A5 is the fifth one on the left, immediately after the West pools.
Entrance Ticket
To access the Expo Center, everyone must have a RiminiWellness entrance ticket, including athletes registered for the competition! We’ve already sent an e-mail invitation to download a free ticket to all Individual athletes and Double Team Captains.
- INDIVIDUAL: 1 free ticket for each athlete, matched to the same email address used for registration
- DOUBLE: 2 free tickets for each team, matched to the email address of the Team Captain who registered the team
If you don’t find the invitation e-mail, just log in to the Reserved Area of the RiminiWellness website with the same e-mail address you used to register and download your free ticket. All others (coaches, companions, spectators) can purchase a 4-day ticket at a discounted price (€40 instead of €60) by using the promo code R3ISD in the Reserved Area of the RiminiWellness website, valid until the end of the event.
ATTENTION: WITHOUT THE ENTRANCE TICKET YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE EXPO CENTER AND EVEN TO COMPETE!
Athlete Check-in
Thanks to the fast check-in, no athlete will have to waste time waiting in line or show up early, especially not the day before the competition! Simply show up at your heat’s warm-up time: DO NOT show up early for check-in, because you won’t be admitted before your turn and you’ll just end up creating a queue.
At check-in, you’ll receive your identification wristband: don’t remove it until the last day of the competition, otherwise you’ll have to check in again!
Afterward, you’ll also receive your goodie bag: this is a reward for all athletes taking part, so it will be given exclusively to those present. Under no circumstances may it be given to third parties or sent to the homes of absentees.

ATTENTION: EACH ATHLETE/TEAM CAN ACCESS THE WARM-UP AREA WITH ONLY ONE COMPANION, COACH OR ASSISTANT!
Heats Time
The full heat schedule is already online. Remember that there will be no eliminations or cuts during the competition, so all athletes will perform all scheduled workouts until the end of the competition.

ATTENTION: IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATHLETE TO COMPLY WITH THE COMPETITION SCHEDULE. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR JUMP ROPE!
Warm-up and Recovery
Athletes may access the warm-up area 30 minutes before the start of their heat, at the exact time written in red the workout schedule.
In the warm-up area there will always be a Head Judge representative who you can contact to get all the information on the flow of the workouts and the movement standards.
At the end of each workout, athletes must leave the competition area and the warm-up area for the following heats. Free recovery services will be available to all participants at the stands of our partners: Le Scimmie Rehab and WEPERE.
There are no showers inside the expo center, but there are many rooms with sinks and bathrooms that can be used for changing and freshening up.
ATTENTION: HEALTH REGULATIONS RECOMMEND NOT USING POWDER CHALK. THEREFORE, YOU MAY ONLY USE THE CREAM CHALK WE WILL PROVIDE ON-SITE.
