Dozens of professionals join forces to bring the Italian Showdown to life: speakers, deejays, photographers, videomakers, medical staff and technicians. But what truly makes the event's atmosphere unique are the judges and volunteers who work tirelessly, on the competition floor and behind the scenes, to give athletes the best possible experience.
If you want to put your passion into play too, apply as a judge or volunteer and you will get the chance to experience the event from a unique perspective. Your contribution is essential to delivering an unforgettable experience to thousands of people. Judges
To judge athletes on the floor at Italian Showdown you must have successfully completed the Judges Course available online on the official CrossFit website.

Volunteers
No special requirements are needed apart from your passion. You may be assigned to guest services, floor-side assistance or logistics.
