The eighth edition of the Italian Showdown will return from 1 to 4 June 2023 at the Rimini Expo Center together with RiminiWellness bringing big news
While the final preparations are being concluded to welcome the 500 athletes registered for the 2022 Italian Showdown, the organizing company is pleased to announce that the partnership with Italian Exhibition Group will continue in 2023, bringing back to Rimini – for the third year in a row – the first Licensed CrossFit Event in Italy.
“The Rimini Expo Center proved to be an ideal location for our event” – says Carlo Strati, Director of the Italian Showdown. “The large spaces and the perfect organization of the exhibition center have allowed us to offer a unique and unforgettable experience to all participants and continue to give us the opportunity to grow and innovate like nowhere else”.
After the bet won together with IEG with the 2021 edition – the first in person after the stop forced by the pandemic – the positive trend of the 2022 Italian Showdown confirms the great appreciation of the venue by athletes, spectators and sponsors: registration sold-out in a few days with registrants from 25 countries, dozens of exhibitors and thousands of tickets already sold.
The goal for the next edition is to satisfy the growing demand for participation in the event by CrossFit enthusiasts of all ages and levels, introducing new competition formulas based on the requests and suggestions that have arrived over the past months from athletes and coaches of our Community.
More details about the new format of the next edition will be revealed starting from September. In the meantime, mark the date on your calendar and do not make any other commitments, because the 2023 Italian Showdown will be more than ever the competition for everyone!
